Post-treatment guidelines

wait 72 hours to wash hair

do not bend the hair
(ie: no hairbands, clips, bobby pins, headbands, etc) -
do not get the hair wet

avoid any activity causing you to sweat

use a SULFATE FREE shampoo to prolong the treatment
