COLOR POLICY​ 

  • Prices are estimates and are subject to change based on hair length, texture and if additinal product is needed.

  • Each color step will be left up to my professional discretion. Please respect that I am here to provide the best service to you and give your hair the best outcome possible. I am an honest stylist who respects your time and your wallet.

SCHEDULING POLICY

  • All appointments made online are REQUESTS and will need to be approved by Jenny. 

  • You are welcome to TEXT or EMAIL Jenny to schedule.

  • All guests should receive a confirmation text and/or email upon booking and 48 hours prior to their appointment.

  • Please reach out to Jenny if you did not receive a confirmation so she can update your status in the system. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations & reschedules must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations & reschedules made 24 hours or less prior to your scheduled appointment may be subject to a 100% service fee charge before rebooking, as it is difficult to fill these slots at such short notice.

  • No shows will be charged a 100% service charge before rebooking.

  • If you are running late, please TEXT me to let me know. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, it may be need to be rescheduled.
